Summoning of the Siren

Wow...ookay pretty simple looking I suppose.
But that hair took me over five hours and 82 layers to do.
Ohmygod. (don't ask why it took so many layers. You don't want to know.)
Not exactly what I was going for but still very pleased with the overall results
Also, yes I know that it looks like she has one leg. But she has two legs I promise...just use your imagination
